We are now "real people" as married people are called in Norway 🤣
Weather update
As you know, it’s going to be a bit wet today. Remember good outerwear, shoes, and a umbrella to keep spirits high at the start of our celebration.
Meet up at kl.16:00 precise for welcome drinks
Crossing our finger for a really nice autumn day in Moss this day.
But it's probably a good idea to be prepared for tears of joy from the angels.
🌦 🌂 🌈 🍾
kl. 18:00, kinda precise
We will eat delicious Turkish food and drink more than appropriate amounts of red and white grown up juice.
As we will all be dancing later on...
🧄💃🏻🕺🏻🎂
Kerstin is empathetic, generous, and always the one who makes everyone feel welcome. A cool and inspiring woman who impresses both at work and beyond – she writes songs, leads choirs, runs workshops, and takes on new challenges with passion.
Now she’s getting married and becoming an Ultanur – and all we can say is: she’s absolutely amazing!
Levent is one of a kind: he loves people, music, and everything spontaneous. He often loses track and forgets the big things, but remembers details no one else notices.
He is generous, full of energy, and always genuine – a grown man who still shines with the joy of a child, with an enthusiasm that inspires everyone around him.
We will be updating this section as things develop. Please check here before you call us.. especially days before the event 😅
But if something prevents you from coming, please let us know with a message 🥰 – so we don’t end up with empty seats at the table.
Location: Rundhuset, Moss.
Directions further down.
16:00
You’ll meet up at Rundhuset in Nesparken, Moss.
Here you’ll be greeted by the one and only toastmaster-general, Richard Bjerkøe (watch out – he holds a lot of power tonight!) and our families.
There will be a welcome drink, mingling, and some light conversation.
17:00 - 17-15
We’ll arrive – elegantly, and most likely a little late after the photo session. Maybe even a little tipsy after calming our nerves with a few...
17:15
The Ceremony 🥂
17:30 – 18:00
Mingling, photos with you all, and a little more grown-up bubblys.
18:00
We’ll head into the party hall for dinner and plenty of fun.
Richard leads us through the event. He says jump we jump, he says eat we hold hands say grace 😇
Casual and relaxed. As long as you feel comfortable and fresh, we’re happy. Think Swedish midsummer party 🔥🕺🏻💃🏻🍺
Feel free to also bring a pair of shoes suitable for mingling and dancing on the lawn – and of course, on the dance floor.
The bride and groom will be packing dancing shoes. 💃🏽🕺🏻
We’ve decided to roll up our sleeves and cook proper Turkish food for you!
There will be Turkish meatballs, chicken skewers, and 5–6 types of meze (Turkish tapas), along with focaccia and lavash (Turkish flatbread).
For our veggie friends, we’ll make Mücver (mainly grated zucchini, eggs, etc.).
All the meze dishes are vegetarian, so you’re in for a real feast 🙂
Please let us know if you prefer vegan or vegetarian by September 1st so we can plan accordingly.
And if you have any food allergies, it’s super important that you tell us in advance.
Sorry – there won’t be an endless champagne fountain this time.
Last time things got a little out of hand. People were on the rooftops, “dancing” capoeira and trying out Kazakh moves. After that, things kind of went downhill …
So this time, we’ll try to keep it a bit more “respectable” – at least within the bounds of reason. After all, it’s still a party! 🥳
We’re counting on about 3 drinks per person. There will be some sparkling and alternatives for the welcome and mingling, 2 glasses of red or white wine with dinner, and of course some beer.
For those who prefer alcohol-free options, we’ll have Coke Zero, apple juice, and a non-alcoholic IPA that’s actually drinkable.
A couple of bottles of whisky, cognac, and Baileys will be ready for coffee and cake.
And if you feel like consuming way more than that quota – feel free to bring your own (legal) brew 😅
The nearest and best place to stay is Hotel Riviera. Treat yourselves to an exclusive night with a delicious breakfast and spa the next morning.
Another option is Airbnb – and there are plenty of good choices in Moss.
If you Google “Rundhuset, Moss” you’ll find the place, but it’s better to search for “Nedre Bjerget” and drive to the parking lot – or click this link to open Google Maps.
From there, just follow the red arrows on the map below 😉

From Moss Station, you can Google “Rundhuset, Moss.” It’s about a 23-minute walk.
🚆 Train: The last train from Moss to Oslo leaves at 23:24 – totally unacceptable!
🚌 Bus: From 02:22, there’s a bus to Oslo Central Station (with a transfer at Ryensvingen). It runs every hour. Fun, right?

We’re a bit slow with the organizing and information… Sorry about that.
Those of you who have already arranged a gift – thank you so much! You can stop reading here 😊
For everyone else:
We’re not exactly in our twenties anymore, so we’re thinking a little outside the gift box. We don’t need a lot of stuff.
Stuff: preferably no, unless you’ve made something yourself that becomes a cherished memory.
Gift cards: preferably no… we lose them or let them expire. (Does that happen to anyone else?)
What we would appreciate are small contributions to our travel fund. We’re saving for a little trip just the two of us – feel free to call it a "honeymoon week" 😘
If you want to treat us to a dinner or a round of drinks on the trip, we promise to toast to you and "we love you long time" 🍻🥰🤘🏼
Please feel free to mark the transfer with your name and what you imagine us using the money for on the trip.
Vipps to 41301957
Please do let us know if you cant make it in good time.
